A mix of oil & water will do the job.  

Water weakens the bond & the oil helps to slide off the excess glue

Apply remover with a cotton pad or spoolie to work in to the lash. Hold a wet cotton pad on your lashes to allow the remover to soak in to the glue, slide down slowly & the lovon lashes gently come away.
